WAXING
Previously working 7 years as a Waxing Specialist, Laura is highly trained in all body waxing for men and women. With intimate waxing as her talent, you will leave the salon feeling fresh and confident. Our wax brand, Perron Rigot provides us with the only waxing products on the market that are fully designed to not only provide you with the most comfortable wax you will ever have but products to continue on your waxing journey at home. We only use hot wax (non-strip) for all bikini and sensitive areas and warm wax (strip wax) for all other areas. LGBTQ Friendly, Vegan wax avaialble.
No wax will ever be pain free but we use the best wax on the market and are trained to a very high standard to ensure your wax is carried out quickly and comfortably
To get the best results the hair should be at least 1 cm in length (about the size of a grain of rice). We advise to leave your hair to grow for 4 weeks.
Having a wax every 4 weeks will allow the hairs to grow back to the correct length to get waxed again.
We use Cirepil by Perron Rigot for all of our waxing treatments. For our intimate and sensitive areas like the face we only use hot wax. We use strip wax for larger areas such as legs and abdomen.
No. Please do not use any form of hair removal during you waxing appointments
It is perfectly safe to get waxed during every stage of your pregnancy, but we do ask you to wait until your 2nd trimester if you have never been waxed at Luxe Beauty before
Yes! We are happy to wax you during your period but we would expect impeccable hygiene and a fresh tampon prior to your appointment.

BROWS
Our Signature Luxe Brows will leave you with the brows you’ve always dreamed of. Using techniques we have perfected over the past 13 years, we will map, shape and colour your brows to achieve the look that is natural to your skin tone, face shape and hair colour. We can also tame those unruly brows with brow lamination which is a process that resets the position of your brows. See your price list for further details on your Deluxe Brow treatments.
Our Signature Luxe Brow treatment creates a bespoke brow, tailored exclusively for you. We will start with an in depth consultation to determine the best shape and colour that will complement your face shape, skin tone and hair colour. After your consultation, you will be given the choice of eye masks to wear throughout your treatment that will help to reduce puffiness, hydrate and revitalise your under eye skin and lighten the appearance of dark circles. The first step of this treatment is our Healthy Brow Lamination. This will reposition unruly brows and allow us to restructure and thicken the shape. We will then map the brows using the most up to date techniques to determine the perfect shape for your finished brows. We will then use our chosen Hybrid Brow Stain to match your skin tone to colour the brows and finish with our hot wax removal system that is much gentler on the brows than the normal wax and strip technique. After your wax a brow mask will be applied to the brow area to help reduce redness and begin the regeneration process of the skin following a waxing service. Whilst your mask is on we will use ice cold skin globes to carry out a facial massage all over the face complimented with a gorgeous facial serum. We will complete the brow treatment with a little highlighter to enhance the shape and finish.
Even if you have sparse brows, hope is not lost! Our expert therapists will work with you on a re-growth programme to achieve the perfect brow shape for you. Our Lash&Brow Booster will encourage and improve hair growth if applied twice daily to see the best results.
Regrowth differs between individuals, but we would usually recommend having the Signature Luxe Brow treatment every 4-6 weeks.
We know you mum’s-to-be want to keep your brows in check, but unfortunately due to higher risks of reactions during this time due to hormonal changes, we are unable to carry out this treatment. If a reaction did occur, a pregnant or breast-feeding client would be unable to take medication as this may harm the baby.
A Healthy Brow Lamination is the same process as a normal brow lamination but the products in the brow lamination treatment are enriched with ingredients that encourage brow growth and nourishment. Whether you dream of full, fluffy eyebrows or looking to create symmetry in uneven brows or tame unruly hairs, our healthy brow lamination treatment can help achieve whatever brow look your looking for, for up to 6 weeks.
It’s really easy to care for your brows following a lamination treatment. For the first 24 hours, you should treat your brows with care, avoiding getting them wet, steam baths and saunas. After this time, you can treat them normal, simply brushing into place every morning with a spoolie and applying a nourishing oil to avoid them drying out.
The difference between a Hybrid Stain and a regular tint is that the Hybrid Tint will stain the skin and the hairs and will last much longer than regular tint. The brand we have decided to go with is Henna Free, Vegan and cruelty free and comes in a huge range of colours to match all hair types. The stain will stain the skin for up to 7 days and tint the hair for up to 2 weeks with correct aftercare.

LASHES
Nouveau Lashes LVL lash lift is the fastest growing lash treatment that creates masses of length, volume and lift with your own natural lashes. No mascara. No extensions. No maintenance. This treatment is great alternative to lash extensions and the perfect way to enhance what you already have, whether your lashes are long, short, thick or stubborn. We will create the look of longer, fuller lashes that make your eyes appear more open and youthful as well as saving time in your morning routine. So, if you are looking for a long-lasting, low maintenance, natural looking eyelash enhancement then the LVL lash lift is for you.
Prior to your first LVL treatment you must visit our salon to complete a patch test to check for any sensitivity to the products used. This must be completed a minimum of 48 hours prior to your treatment.
All of our treatments are suitable for those who wear contact lenses. We do however recommend removing contact lenses before treatments if possible.
Due to changes in hormones in pregnancy we recommend not having LVL
No. At Luxe Beauty we are trained to the highest technical standard and the products we use go through rigorous testing to ensure they’re kind to your lashes. We provide full aftercare instructions.
Our treatments are not painful, and most clients actually find them quite relaxing. It’s an opportunity to lie back and close your eyes for a wee hour
A lash perm curls the entire lash and creates a soft curl across the entire length of your eye lashes. However, the LVL treatment curls the lashes directly at the root. Creating a more upright curl, and as a result a more dramatic effect. However, different levels of curl are available depending on the look your seeking to create, and your therapist will be able to recommend what is best suited to you. LVL also includes an eye lash tint. Creating a mascara style effect, and the appearance of added length and volume.
Yes you can. Following LVL it is best to leave the eye area free of make-up for 24 hours to allow the treatment to reach its full effect, but then you are free to apply make-up as normal.
You cannot get your lashes wet for the first 24 hours following the LVL treatment. To keep your lashes looking their best we do recommend avoiding full submersion of the lashes in water (through activities such as swimming) for the first 48 hours or for extended periods of time.
